You currently have 19 boxes of my merchandise, and I have already paid the shipping cost, but I still don&rsquo;t have a clear shipping date or confirmation of when the goods will be dispatched.<br/><br/>I also feel a bit uncertain because a different address was entered for this shipment. I already did business with this company in 2023, and they had my correct address on file, but I decided to trust the process.<br/>Could you please give me a clear update on the current status of my 19 boxes, when they are expected to ship, and when I will receive the tracking or shipping documents?<br/><br/>Since the shipping has already been paid, I would really appreciate a clear update as soon as possible so I can have some certainty about the shipment.<br/><br/>Thank you, Rita.
